If a HDF5 file is opened its content is searched for the keys for raw spectroscopic data and labels for it, being it designations in wavelength, energy or labels for specific lines. These keys are:

Data: 'data','raw','spectra','H','fitted_data'
Labels: 'labels','ele','wavelength','wavelength [nm]'

When compiled from source this list can be easily adjusted in the h5_routines_dff.py.
The data saved are strongly method dependent.
