#2 Create target table
Add the possibility to create the target RDBMS table if it does not exist.
The main problem here is the type and length of each column. Maybe we coud add use the "type" attribute for the column type (but needs enhancement to distinguish among numeric types like integer, decimal, ecc.) and a new "length" attribute for the length
