#99 Update book error

When trying to update a book, I get an error message (see screenshot).
From what I understand, the query is not being populated with the existing value.

The book was imported from the Open Library database

Thanks for the detailed information - that is definitely a bug.
I'll take this on board for the 5.0 version.

Fixed in Data Crow 5.0 (not yet released).
