Hello,

As it currently stands, when using the Create Multiple Items dialog I believe that the columns there are the same columns that are defined in the View Settings of the Table View which in my case are too many (see attached photo).

It would be great if one can define the default columns to show for the Create Multiple Items dialog separately.

On a side note, the window size of the Create Multiple Items dialog is not kept to what you resized it prior, it would be great if it could remember the size.

As always, thank you for your consideration with this suggestion!

I see your point on the number of fields. And, yes, it should remember the size of the dialog.
I'll probably add a settings button as to limit the number of fields. Or, maybe, the system should ask which fields you want to fill first and then open the window. It would then remember your last selection but you could easily change it on a next run? What do you think?

I think the second option (system asking which fields and remembering them) is the best option.
I was just wondering, after the "first run" - how would you change it in case you need to?

    Hi there,
It definitely makes sense to have a cleaner, customizable set of columns for the Create Multiple Items dialog—right now it feels a bit overwhelming when it mirrors all the Table View fields. Being able to define a simpler default set would streamline the workflow a lot, especially for quick batch entries. And yes, the dialog forgetting its resized window size can get frustrating fast. It’s a bit like opening a movie app and having it reset your preferred layout every time—you just want it to remember how you left it so you can get straight to what matters!
    Thanks!
