#137 "Update all" in multiple-select fields

Hi Robert,

It would be great to have an option in the "Update all" function that allows you to add new entries to existing ones. Currently all existing entries in reference multiple-select fields are overwritten with each "Update All" command. I think adding a Replace/Add option would be a possibility(!?)
