finally can get it running..
but a small error pop out at later stage of demo program.

loadumx: could not open file demoComp.umx

Error in =3D=3D> esom_matrix at 112
umx =3D loadumx(UMxName);
Error in =3D=3D> esom_demo at 96
cmx =3D esom_matrix(MatrixFileNamePrefix,OtherFileNames,MatrixType,[],2);
