What is the maximum number of (a) records, and also the maximum number of (b) variables allowed in the eSOM ?

Are there any size constraints on the data source files ( points or attributes ) ?

Richard,

there are no restrictions in the code per se, but

- all data and the map weights are kept in memory so you are limited by
what your j*v*m can do
- the training time is linear in both numer of records and *variables*
