[Database-viewer-betatesters] Data Manipulator version 1.4.2a release

I've just released Data Maniuplator version 1.4.2a.

Version 1.4.2a is a beta version. 

Removing Validate ValidateSQLRow.java.  Replaced by
function in TableFrametableModel.java

Changed the menu key accelerators from
ActionEvent.CTRL_MASK to
toolkit.getMenuShortcutKeyMask().  Now different
platforms will get the correct key modifier when using
the keyboard to access a menu item.

Fixed bug in DatabaseConnection.java where
NoClassDefFoundError needed to be caught and ignored
in loop to look for ServerCommands plug-ins.  Now the
connection dialog response properly when you you press
the OK button.

Fixed GrantRevoke.java to properly handle added
privileges.  The Grant and Revoke dialog now behaves
properly when you add or adjust a privilege.

Fixed start up of program so preferences are set to
something even if SQL access error occurs. 
Preferences are set from the logged in user's system
table.  All default values are now set before any
attempt is made to access the user's system table
eliminating any future errors from missing data.
