#5 DDM doesn't work when added to startup

If desktop-data-manager is loaded before the panels start, the process remains running, but the notification applet never loads. As a result, I had to make a script that waits a while before starting it. It would be great if, when desktop-data-manager is started but not the panels, it could keep trying to add itself until it works.
