#10 Integrated CDplayer

Add a CD player modules to the DPC code with the
ability to remember track and location in the track on
restart of the module. This would not need to be
something fancy to start out with (no title need be
displayed unless network connectivity is detected
(probe on start up not on each cd insert)).

Sure I know lots of CD players are available, but I don't
want to shut down dashpc each time to start the cd
player.
