#4 Radio ghost bug/feature

CB asked me to write this up. I found that if the
machine is rebooted (not turned off then restarted) than
the radio starts playing as soon as the bttv module is
inserted into the kernel on bootup. It resumes at the
same frequency and volume that it was using before
reboot.

this may be considered a bug or a feature. May be
annoying if you had the radio loud and rebooted with no
opportunity to turn down the volume until after the reboot
is complete and the gui is up
