#15 installation process

Hello,
I would like to use the dashboard eclipse plugin. But
there is not a lot of documentation. Could you please
sum up the installation process like such a thing :
* download dashboard-eclipse-plugin
* download dahsbord server
* put the dashboard-eclipse-plugin inside
$eclipse/plugins
* put the dashboard.jar file into your tomcat common/lib
dierctory (is it that?)
* open the eclipse preference page and enter data
(which ones?)
....
Could you please give such indications?
