#68 Support scheduled publishing of written posts

Provide the ability to schedule when a post will be published. I'd like to be able to sit down, write a bunch of posts and have them scheduled for publishing over the course of several days. If you've ever followed Raymond Chen's blog you've probably seen posts marked "[Raymond is currently on vacation; this message was pre-recorded.]". Whether or not he is using a scheduler is unclear but I really like the notion that I could have my blog updated regardless of whether or not I'm connected.
