#62 add the ability to just have diff. views on month / cat page

If browsing a month or category aggregation page, It
would be nice to be able to limit the display to just
the titles or a short-summary of the post.

Without paging, these pages are too overwhelming,
this seems like a lowgrade fix that will make these
pages WAYYY easier to manage and... the best part...

much more valuable for search engines to spider, as
the content actually will live on the Permalink page,
instead of on the aggregated page views for the
months and categories.

Ever found a link on Google for a dasblog user and
gone to it only to have to search the HUUUUGE month
view page looking for the content?
