Hi,

Try installing the xforms and xforms-devel RPMs.  If that doesn't fix 
your problem, it may be a problem with your GL configutation.  Can you 
email me (not the list) your configuration files and the output of the 
script?  I don't have the list admistrator password handy so I can't 
approve your original post at the moment, since it's over the size limit...
