[Darwin2k-devel] Installation instructions

Hi,

I've put a first-cut INSTALL file in the d2k/ directory; if you do a
'cvs update darwin2k', you should get all the updated files.  

As Francesco suggested, I've also made a branch for the version of the
code that uses Imakefiles, as there may be extensive changes once
automake/autoconf is fully in place.
