#17 3rd mouse button

There should be an option to add a third mouse button (the one which usually doubles as a scroll wheel), which would act as the "cruse control" (you press the button and it allows you to scroll via pointing based on the mouse cursor location). It would also be usefull in games such as Nanosour 2, where you might need that center click option to change weapons ect.
It would also make it possible to start working with 3d progams such as Maya where the 3rd mouse button is needed.
