Great work - really handy
I have noted that the preferences for key mapping will not remember that i chose a 'spacebar' for a particular button beyond that session - ie it does not remember/store properly - perhaps you could have the spacebar as another entry in the drop down list under key
Also it would be handy to add the enter key (as distinct from return key) - the software i wish to drive makes this distinction - would be handy

Lastly - the nunchuk key mapping only remembers the key value (e.g. V) and not the modifier (e.g. command) - so even if it looks like you have command v as a key combo assigned to nunchuk-c or nunchuk-z it will only send out the v (and not command v)

feature request would be for key macros or repeating key strokes
i.e. if pressing button-1 the assigned key mapping could be (e.g.) alt-x ; alt-x so that the command is performed twice
alternatively there could be a loop count so teh command is sent 'n' times in a row
it may also be handy to permit key macros where more complicated key mappings could be built up like [ command-c ; command-v ]
