One feature that does not work is LED. When I check any of the boxes, DarwiinRemote crashes. Another feature that does not work is force feedback. When I click that, DarwiinRemote sometimes crashes. The last feature that does not work is IR Sensor mouse. DarwiinRemote does not crash when I start IR Sensor, but it will not work.

That happens a lot, but to fix this you just quit and retry again.

The cause of the crashes at least has, I think, been fixed in current CVS. The lack of functionality will likely still be present in these cases, as the cause is the communications channel being unexpectedly closed. This seems to be a significant problem on PPC macs, in which case the fix is to:
* Open System Preferences and go to the Blue Tooth section
* Go to the Devices tab
* Remove the Wii Remote from the list
The next launch after this should work much better.

I'm having some of the same issues. This may be related only to the PPC version.
For me the LED checkboxes, Force Feedback and the IR sensor don't work. I've used all of these features in previous versions.

I can confirm the Remove WiiMote from System Prefs>> Bluetooth works for me on my G5.
I have consistent success by
1. Open DawiinRemote first and connect your WiiMote
2. Open System Preferences > Bluetooth and Delete "Nintendo RVL-CNT-01", don't disconnect, just delete.
This consistently retores all functionality to DarwiinRemote including LEDs, Force Feedback, IR and Both Mouse Modes on my 20" iMac G5 running 10.4.8
