[Dart-help] how to achieve the likelihood of an alignment

Hi,

I just downloaded Dart. I would be grateful if somebody could help me with
the following questions.

1. Given a DNA sequence pair, how can I achieve the alignment and the
likelihood of the alignment by using Dart?
2. I have a dataset containing 500 DNA sequence pairs in FASTA format. Is it
possible that I run Dart on my dataset as a whole or I should run it on one
sequence pair at a time?
