#1 segfault

trying to run on vanila centos box I've tried on both 5.2 and 5.1 and both physical and virtual hardware. From the last time this project was touched I'd guess its dead but there's always hope :)

errors look like this:

I'm guessing something different in libpcap

Its been a long time since i had my C hat on so I don't know if this is anything i can fix in a reasonable amount of time.
