#7 Add ability to see how much fuel ships have

The UI needs to give the user a way to easily see how
far a ship can go with the current amount of fuel it has.

This should be as tranparent to the user as possible. One
idea might be to place a bar by the side of the ship to show
fuel resources. Another might be to colour the entire ship
to show how much fuel the ship has.
