#28 Wiki?!?

Is a wiki planned?
It would be helpfull for newbies like me, because I don't know much about the game.
I've read the documentation, but I don't know lots of thinks anyway (for what is a link between 2 planets? How can I get fuel on colonized planets? etc.).
