#19 ability to rename planets

renameing it would be easier to create a homeworld in

Do you think this should be per player or global? IE if I
name a planet, do you think everyone should see it? I have
toyed around with the thought of letting the first person
to explore or maybe colonize a planet give it a name.

perhaps the owner of the planet should be able to rename it and the new name should be globaly viewed (if someone else
explored the planet). And if i got a planet from an enemy then should be able to rename it also.

(make it easy for yourself: add a name col to planets table and somthing in the gui (perhaps steal some space from the message
window) like a special actions window with a rename button)
