#21 unplayable without vertical scroll

The game is currently unplayable. Important information (the ship view) is below the bottom of the window and can't be accessed. You can move the window left and right to see the parts that lie offscreen to the left, but you can't move it up to reach the lower information. You need either a vertical scroll, or a menu bar atop that would allow you to select the various views (and actually display them where they will be visable).
