#19 Metal disappears when colonists arrive

The metal content of newly colonised planets is being
set to zero after the colonist ship arrives. This
started happening to me while game 8 was underway. The
problem is still present for me in game 9.

Playing since game 16 and never watched this bug. 50k of the planets metal move immediatly in your storage, when the colonizer arrives.
