I currently find myself Imaging with two separate Canon DSLRs (unmodded 60D and modded 550D) - sometimes both concurrently.
I can keep the Darks in separate subdirectory trees per Camera, and same with Lights.

However, it would be nice to see DM select Darks that match the same Camera (at least Camera Model) as indicated by the Checked set of Light Images.
