Invalid dc:date for "book" (epub output)

Still testing EPUB output of daps-1.1.5 I found the following:

1. daps-example ("book")

Trying to validate against epubcheck-3.0 gives the following error:

ERROR: build/daps-example/daps-example.epub/OEBPS/content.opf(2,331):
date value '' is not valid as per
http://www.w3.org/TR/NOTE-datetime:zero-length string

Remark:
"htmlsingle" output does not show any "Date" information.

1. daps-example ("article")

No errors from epubcheck, but epub does not contain any <dc:date>
element in OEBS/content.opf.</dc:date>

Remark:
"htmlsingle" output shows correct "Build Date: March 25, 2013

Yes, this error is known. This is not a DAPS bug but rather a DocBook4 stylesheet bug.
