#6 Can't install under Fedora 30

Hi have tried installing on Fedora 30 and get the following error,

[abasel@localhost Downloads]$ sudo dnf install ./dangerdeep-data-0.3.0-1.noarch.rpm
Last metadata expiration check: 0:16:36 ago on Fri 20 Sep 2019 16:05:13 NZST.
Error:
Problem: conflicting requests
- nothing provides dangerdeep = 0.3.0 needed by dangerdeep-data-0.3.0-1.noarch
(try to add '--skip-broken' to skip uninstallable packages)

I am not sure how to proceed.
