First simple page for Dancer 5. We're not interested in a horde of users
demanding features at this particular point, so mention it on the page, and
until we have working code, do NOT link to this from the frontpage, and 
keep discussion to dancer-dev list.

The Dancer 5 initiative is a result of Alain Penders providing me with initial 
documentation and making me create a CVS branch for development. He has 
prior history with Dancer and been granted committer privs, so say hi, 
everyone.
