How to use DaMold Virtual Machine?

Step1.1: Download and install the Virtual Box (version 5.1.2) from http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/server-storage/virtualbox/downloads/index.html#vbox

Step1.2: After installation of Virtual Box download and install the Virtual Box Extension Pack (version 5.1.2) from http://download.virtualbox.org/virtualbox/5.1.2/Oracle_VM_VirtualBox_Extension_Pack-5.1.2.vbox-extpack

Step2: Download DaMold Virtual machine from here.

Step3: Import DaMold Virtual Machine file into Virtual Box by just double-clicking the DaMold virtual machine file.

Step4: ** Login into DaMold Virtual machine with username = testuser and password = testuser**

Step5: Open web browser for example Firefox, open http://localhost/damold and run the pipeline for variant annotation and viszalization with the test data set.

Step6: To run DaMold pipeline with other data set, provide valid variant input files in VCF or BED format and run the pipeline.
