#4 cleanExpiredAccounts.php deletes valid users

The manteinance script deletes all the accounts that haven't logged in for the last 30 days, this is an issue with the mac validated systems. Because once logged they never log in again.
With this patch we avoid deleting the accounts that are mac addresses.

    I'm not sure that everyone can assume that mac address users don't do more than one login, but anyway thanks for sharing!

    Maybe the reason is somewhere else, but when using daloradius + chillispot the MAC users never get updated in the radacct table.
