#79 PHP Script error and/or sql error

Having issues with database updates and noticing the php error above regarding what appears to be the time fields "$timeDiff = ($planTimeBank - $totalTimeUsed);"

Also getting sql error when updating user plans (below). Could be related.
Running fc31.x86_64, FreeRADIUS Version 3.0.21, Mysql 8.0.22.
