#51 Autostart queue

Ability to autostart queue when configuration of a job has been completed (user pressed the "finish" button).

If queue is already running, append job to queue.

If some jobs have finished, start with the first job that has not yet been started.

Suggested user interaction options:
1. adding a "Autostart queue" checkbox in the Preferences dialog
2. adding a "Finish and run" button to the Job Wizard
3. adding a "Run now" checkbox to the Job Wizard

I vote for the "Run now" option.
