#35 Extend 2.02 DTB Validator

Extend the 2.02 DTB Validator within the Pipeline validation framework so that it covers the same scope as the Windows-only 2.02 validator available at daisy.org. Benefits are improved performance in terms of speed, and cross platform usage. It is estimated that the current Pipeline 2.02 DTB Validator already covers approx 80& of the single volume DTB tests done by the classic validator.
