#43 Narrator fails when the required metadata are empty

The Narrator requires the dc:Language, dc:Date and dc:Publisher metadata.

When these metadata are present but with an empty value, the Narrator fails at Zed validation with a very unexpressive error message:

[ERROR, Validator] An error occurred while validating the fileset: null.

This should at least be checked in the initial validation step, and if possible reported with an expressive information message.

This is now fixed in Narrator (empty values are checked by the initial validation), and DTBookFix provides a way of actualy populating the values (adding elems if missing, adding values to elems if empty).
