When epubcheck is run on epubs that have XHTML content, an MalformedURLException is thrown

This is a known issue, reported at http://code.google.com/p/epubcheck/issues/detail?id=5
Fixed by modifying the classpath so that epubchecj NRL is loaded instead of onvdl
