#75 ePub: pop-out table doesn't replicate character

In order to view a table (using Calibre, at least) you need to click on a 'View table' link, that opens the object in a new window.

It seems this screen cannot replicate characters like non-breaking spaces, en-dashes or dotted ellipsis (...) as highlighted in bug ID 3169498, and also cannot cope with the character: á.

I have attached a screenshot showing this problem in occurrences of the word ‘Galápagos’ in the table head and the right-hand cell in the final row. Please note also that the apostrophe in ‘Darwin’s’ has also not translated properly in the last cell in the bottom row.
