#129 limit on the length of the editor command line

xp sp3, Fx 5.0.1, VSW
If you try to open enough resources at once from the document view to carry the resulting command line over some threshold, it fails (in runw) with this message(box):

"Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access them."

you should be able to repro by creating a file with many scripts:

<script src="script2.js"></script>
<script src="script3.js"></script>
.
.
.

for me, html file + 37 scripts is the threshold, selecting the 38th produces the failure.

    Yes, this bug is present only on Windows when runW is called.

    Actually I have no plan to try a workaround... :(

    Opening all resources at once is what makes VSW so useful, this is a pretty significant limitation. I think all you would have to do is split the command line and invoke it more than once. That doesn't sound so bad?
