#11 Add parameter values to HTML/XML reports

It would be useful if HTML/XML data reports include parameter values. Maybe also min/max of variable values, but I'm not sure if that would be feasible.

Versions: Windows 8.1, daetools-1.4.0-win32-py34, Python 3.4.2 32bit (Anaconda)
