#2 make daemonic launchd-aware

as of OS X 10.4, apple is trying to use launchd to
control all user and system daemons. /sw/bin/daemonic
should be made to use the launchd framework iff the OS
is >= 10.4.

this is also fink feature request 1332578 in their tracker.
