The first Alpha is near!

I've been coding like a crazy code monkey and
the first stable Alpha of DCL will soon be released!

New features:

* A whole bunch of classes has been fixed to maximize their speed
* The threads have been improved!
* Ability to load symbols from dynamic libraries at runtime
* many new methods in CStringUtils
