#37 Error - HTTP Referer

After two weeks trying to resolve this I'm about ready to
give up. I have three seperate independent installations
in different configs and all fail when trying to access user
directory and bomb out complaining that my browser
isn't sending referer info.

This means..
1/ No-one can get a username/password, including the
admin.
2/ Even 'hacked' the admin login fails whenever any sub-
directory pages are accessed on the same error.

I've called on three different sources to check remotely
and all get the same error although other DaCode sites
seem to work fine. Can anyone tell me what I'm doing
wrong or what I'm missing?
