#4 Plug-in diff/merge/edit tools

It would be great to be able to plug in diff/merge/editting
tools like WinMerge (See
http://winmerge.sourceforge.net/ ) to allow
merging/editting of changes to SP/Func/View/Table etc.

After a user exits the external tool, DaBCoS could offer
to update the left & right SP/Func/View/Table with the
changes.

This might be harder for tables. You might either
support custom merge/editting in DaBCoS or export
DDL commands to create / alter the tables which are
then displayed in WinMerge.
