Download ZIP and extract to c:\dababix
Install a JRE >= 1.6 on the system
Copy config.properties.sample to config.properties and modify
Run install.cmd in dababix dir
Execute dababixcrtl.exe to monitor service
Add the items from the conf\query.[DBTYPE].properties to your zabbix system or import a template
