[D3web-announce] source code released

We proudly announce that the svn repository here at sourceforge was now 
filled with (the first) 64 projects with more to come. The source code 
covers the main projects and plugins of the d3web kernel, the 
environment for agile development of diagnostic knowledge systems 
(KnowME) and the web-based dialog for end users.
