#2894 Game does not pause when opening F1 help, F2 options, the Esc dialog, or automap

When opening things such as the automap, F1 help dialog, or the F2 options dialog, the game does not pause in singleplayer. This is inconsistent with Descent 1 and 2, and makes the game impossible to pause if you don't have a Pause/Break key.
