#1 .NET 1.1 version

Althoug it is fun and games developing with Whidbey. I
have been giving it some thought to make the
framework 1.1 compatible. This would be done with
defines and conditional compilation, making it bearable.

If you think this is a great idea - give me some feedback
and I will give it higher priority.
