[CZT-Devel] CZT 0.2 (containing corejava 1.3.0) released

Hi all,

CZT 0.2 has been released. Included is ZML 1.3, corejava 1.3.0,
and parser 0.2.  See the CZT web-site for more information.
Note that corejava 1.3.0 can now be downloaded within
the new czt release.
