#5 Including CZT into the public maven repository.

This feature request addresses the distribution of CZT rather than its functionality.

Though CZT uses Maven to manage its own source dependencies, it currently doesn't seem to be itself contained in the public Maven repository archive i.e. at

http://repo1.maven.org/maven2

Since I'm currently working on a project, the ClawZCircusTool, that uses CZT and thus depends on czt.jar, it would be useful to have it added to the repository so I might ultimately be able to take advantage of Maven as well to resolve dependencies to CZT.
